Low testosterone is common, treatable, and badly handled almost everywhere. We do it the way it should be done: full labs, a real exam, and a physician who adjusts the plan as your numbers move.
Low testosterone shows up as fatigue, low drive, lost muscle, brain fog, and a mood that's harder to hold. But testosterone doesn't live in isolation — estradiol, thyroid, metabolic and inflammatory markers all shape how you feel. Treating the number alone is why so many men on TRT still feel flat.
We run a full baseline, treat the whole picture, and re-test on a schedule so the dose follows your body rather than a template. You get one physician who owns the outcome.
The get-up-and-go that quietly disappeared.
Easier strength gains and less stubborn fat.
Steadier mood and clearer thinking.
Sexual health treated as part of the plan, not an afterthought.
Not everyone is a candidate — and we'll tell you honestly at the consultation, before you spend anything.
A comprehensive baseline — not a single number — so nothing is guessed at.
You meet Dr. Dean, review what the labs show, and hear honestly whether this is right for you.
A protocol built for your body and goal, explained in plain language and in writing.
Delivered in office or via telehealth, on the schedule that fits your life.
Re-test, adjust, repeat. This is ongoing care, not a one-time visit.
Testosterone therapy requires monitoring of hematocrit, estradiol, PSA and other markers, and isn't appropriate for everyone. Dr. Dean evaluates candidacy, discusses fertility and other considerations up front, and re-tests rather than set-and-forget. We decline patients it won't help.
It can. We discuss this before starting and, where fertility matters, build the plan around it — this is exactly the kind of thing a mail-order program ignores.
Many men notice energy and mood shifts within weeks, with strength and body-composition changes over months. We re-test at 8–12 weeks and adjust.
With proper monitoring it's well understood, but it's not risk-free and not for everyone. Ongoing labs are how we keep it safe.

You do not, from symptoms alone — fatigue, low drive, poor sleep and lost strength have several possible causes, and several of them are not testosterone. It takes a morning blood draw read alongside the rest of the panel, plus an examination. That is the point of starting with labs rather than a prescription.
Total and free testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, LH and FSH, plus PSA, a complete blood count for hematocrit, metabolic and thyroid markers and a lipid panel — because testosterone is prescribed against the whole picture, not one number. The exact panel is confirmed at your consultation.
Modern Hormone is a cash-pay practice, so there is no insurance surprise on the back end. What TRT costs depends on the protocol you and Dr. Dean settle on, and you are told the figure before anything is prescribed. HSA and FSA funds often apply and Cherry financing is available. Ask at the consultation — we will not quote you a number over a web page before anyone has seen your labs.
The core program — comprehensive labs, an individualized plan, and dose adjustment driven by repeat testing.
Desire and function worked up from hormones and blood flow, not handed a prescription.
Prescription peptide protocols chosen from your labs and reviewed alongside the rest of your plan.
Hormones, metabolic health and cardiovascular risk held by one physician instead of three clinics.
GLP-1 therapy with monitoring built specifically to protect lean muscle through the loss.
The same medicine measured over years: deeper diagnostics and risk found early enough to change.
Start with labs and a conversation. You'll leave knowing your plan and your price — no pressure.
