Pick what matters most and we’ll point you to the right starting place. Every path begins with labs and a conversation — never a hard sell.
Hormones are where most patients start — not where it ends. Metabolism, peptides, regenerative therapy, sexual health and longevity all run on one plan, one physician and the same labs, so the pieces reinforce each other instead of competing.

Twelve years in hormone medicine — and years as a trainer before that — is why Dr. Dean thinks in capacity and recovery, not symptom suppression. He builds every plan himself and reviews every panel personally.
Every membership includes routine labs, continuous monitoring, priority scheduling, and member pricing — and you'll know the cost before you ever call.
Indicative ranges — your consult confirms the exact plan and price before anything is charged. Monthly figures financed through Cherry · HSA/FSA often applies · some bloodwork may be billable through insurance.
How you feel is where every plan starts. It is not where it ends. Everything below is measured at baseline, re-measured on a schedule, and used to decide what changes next.
One draw. 62 markers across hormones, thyroid, metabolic, cardiovascular, inflammatory, organ, blood, nutrient and prostate status — plus body composition. Nothing gets guessed at later because nothing was skipped now.
Dr. Dean reads your panel against your symptoms and your history — not against a lab's reference range alone. Normal-but-unoptimized is the most common finding here, and it is the one a five-minute appointment misses.
What we are treating, what we are watching, what we expect to change and roughly when. In writing, explained line by line, before anything is prescribed.
Re-tested at 8–12 weeks. This is the step most programs skip, and it is the only way to know whether the plan is working or merely being taken.
Markers, symptoms and body composition side by side. Two of the three moving is a signal; one moving alone usually means something upstream is still unaddressed.
Doses change. Protocols get added or removed. Anything that is not earning its place is stopped. Then the loop runs again — quarterly, for as long as you want to keep going.
Advanced risk markers — ApoB, Lp(a), imaging referrals — are added where the picture calls for them.
“Your labs are normal” and “your labs are optimal” are different sentences. Most patients arrive having only ever been told the first one.
A reference range describes a population. Your baseline describes you — and re-testing is what turns a prescription into a plan. If your numbers are genuinely optimal and you still feel unwell, the answer is somewhere else, and we say so rather than treating something that is not the problem.

Nothing is prescribed without labs, and nothing continues without re-testing. Dr. Dean reviews every panel personally, adjusts doses based on results, and stops anything that isn’t earning its place.
This is a cash-pay practice, which is what allows an unrushed physician relationship and lab depth insurance won’t authorize. Some bloodwork may be billable through your plan, HSA/FSA often applies, and Cherry offers monthly financing. Every program shows its price before you book.
Then we say so. Normal-but-unoptimized is the most common finding here and it is treatable. Genuinely optimal labs with real symptoms means the answer is somewhere else — and we refer rather than treat something that isn’t the problem.
No pressure, no commitment. Just answers — and a plan you can decide about afterwards.
